For providing you with this mobile application( the “App” or “Software” ) and related services( “Services”), AppTime Technology Indonesia, PT ( “we”, “our”, or “us”) needs to collect some privacy information about you. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and solemnly promise to protect the personal information and privacy of users of the Software (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "you"). When you use the Software, we may collect and use your personal information and user information. We hope that through this Privacy Policy, we can explain to you the corresponding processing rules and other relevant matters when we collect and use your personal information, so as to better protect your rights and interests. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

1. User Age Restriction

2. Information We Process and Purposes of Processing Your Information
2.1 Information that you submit to the Software
1) Camera and Photos.
In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device.
2) Permission to Access to the Storage.
To ensure that you may save photos or cache information normally to your device, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the storage of your device.
3)Facial Features Information.
2.2 Collection and processing of your facial features information
When you use certain features to process your facial photos, we will use TensorFlow to analyze the facial features data, recognize the position and shape of the five sense organs, gender in the photos, and process the photos, feedback the effect drawing or conclusion to you.
If you cease to consent or affirmatively revoke consent for our collection and processing of your facial features information, we will promptly cease all such collection and processing.
2.3 Storage and sharing of your facial features information
We capture the facial features information only for operating the face recognition functions and providing better effect drawing for you. For such facial photos, facial features information and effect drawing, we do not retain these images longer than necessary and they are not used for unrelated purposes.
2.4 Information that is processed automatically
1) Technical Information.
We may use the API of IOS to collect certain technical information regarding your device, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)Identifier For Advertising; (iii)status of the WLAN; (iv) application log information.
2) Payment data.
We may use the API of IOS to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple Inc.). These companies can be contacted through their websites. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
2.5 Information Shared with Third-Party AI Services
To provide you with certain AI-powered features, we may transmit the photos or content you upload to third-party AI service providers. This transmission is necessary for the functionality you request.
1)What data is sent: Depending on the feature you use, we may send the content you submit along with necessary technical information (like device identifiers or IP addresses) to enable the service. We do not send any other personal data without your consent.
2)Who receives the data: Your data will be transmitted to third-party AI service providers that assist us in delivering the AI features. These providers are contractually obligated to process your data securely and solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.
3)Your consent: Before sending any data to these third-party services for the first time, we will present a pop-up notice within the App asking for your explicit permission. You may choose to decline, in which case the AI feature will not be available. If you agree, your subsequent use of the feature will not repeatedly ask for consent, but you can stop using the feature at any time to cease further data sharing.
4)Third-party protections: We only engage third-party AI providers that offer a level of data protection comparable to or higher than the standards described in this Privacy Policy.

1) to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

We work in the international space and provide the App to our users around the world. 8. How Long We Use Your Personal Data
We generally retain your personal information for the period permitted or required by legals as long as you agree to our Terms of Service and use our services.Images uploaded or generated by you to use some of our features will be stored on our servers for three days, after which the server will automatically delete the information. If you no longer want us to use your information that we actually access and store, you can ask us to delete your personal information and close your account.
However, some data may still be stored for a certain time period if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting, audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.
